In Global Innovation Index 2016, Switzerland topped the list for 6th consecutive year, for the first time China enters in top 25, United States of America bettered its position from 5 to 4, India moved to 66th rank from 81st rank in Global Innovation Index and this is the first glimpse of what future holds for all of us.
Industry and Academia are the two biggest contributors to the innovation quotient of an economy. They work in collaboration for new innovations and technology improvements and time has come for us to realize that this is the only way forward.
